Qualifications and Qualities
A background check will be completed if a position is offered. A “Safe Church, Safe Communities” online learning certificate must be completed (during work hours) within three months of hire.

- Lead weekly Catechesis of the Good Shepherd or Godly Play Sunday School classes during the 10:30 AM Sunday Mass.
- Taylor content to suit the varying needs of a small classroom of one to ten kids between ages 3 and 12.
- Communicate with parents about upcoming events and topics, as well as their children's progress and needs.
- Work with Rector and church administration to provide the best learning environment possible.
Qualifications and Qualities
- Personal maturity, integrity, and respect for the Christian faith and life.
- Kindness, a love for teaching children, patience, and an ability to balance the needs of kids of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Strong knowledge of Christian doctrine, especially as it relates to the Episcopal and/or Catholic traditions.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Experience leading Sunday School. Catechesis of the Good Shepherd or Godly Play training is strongly preferred.
